From the Ayanebic bond comes the Mandate. Its first expression is the Threefold Burden.
The Adumaor’s material horizon is mobile, distributed and maritime—sovereign in function, non-imperial in purpose.

Earth
Earth must remain capable of life.
Transcendence
The vessel must be formed toward transcendence.
Knowledge
Knowledge must be preserved, refined and transmitted.
Earth gives ground. Transcendence gives bearer. Knowledge gives memory. None is sufficient alone.
Responsibility, not superiority
The Mandate grants no superiority. It establishes responsibility.
The Adumaor will be measured by what it can truthfully carry and sustain.
